Our claims management services include claims intake, investigation, adjudication, appeal processing, and final determination/payment. We use customized technology solutions and industry best practices to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims. Our team is trained to identify and investigate potential fraud, and we work closely with our clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

ASRM’s Premium Accounting team relies on efficient, custom technology solutions to balance collected premium and process commission payments each billing cycle.  ASRM can collect premium through multiple channels, including credit card, ACH submission and automated recurring billing.  We utilize a bank lockbox for faster processing and added security.
