Ward has been ASRM's Chief Operating officer since 2006. He graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Delaware and received his Juris Doctor in 1994 from the Widener University School of Law. After Law school, Ward worked in the legal department of the AIG domestic life companies. In 1996, Ward joined the compliance/ legal department of Provident Indemnity Life Insurance Company, before moving to EXL, LLC in 1997, as a compliance consultant. Ward served in that role until assuming his current position with ASRM.
Helena began her career in Health and Welfare Benefit Administration at Towers Perrin (formerly known as TPF&C) in 1986. In the 15 years spent at Towers, she had a number of positions including acting as the liaison between client and internal departments, in addition to managing several functional areas. In this capacity, she was responsible for servicing many large corporations such as Ford Motor Company, Raytheon and Northrop Grumman. In April of 2001 she joined Wachovia Insurance Services, formerly known as BRI Brokerage Firm, to manage their administrative operation. After spending two years at Wachovia Insurance Services, Helena joined ASRM in June of 2003 and has been the Chief Administrative Officer since 2006.
Frank graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a B.S. in Information Technology. He has over 20 years of IT experience, which included working for both Colonial Penn Insurance and AON Consulting. His technology experience covers several industries including insurance, healthcare, call center technology, and clinical research. Frank has been with ASRM since 2004 and manages a team of four in-house programmers.
Mark has been the Chief Financial Officer of ASRM since 2011 and was ASRM Comptroller from 2004 to 2010. Mark graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from LaSalle University in 1981. After graduation, Mark held various financial and management roles with General Accident Assurance Company, Penn Mutual Insurance Company and the Life Insurance Company of North America (CIGNA). In 1991, Mark took on the role of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Special Risk Management Corp, one of ASRM’s holding companies. Mark continues to hold these titles today, in addition to his current role with ASRM.
Myles has been with ASRM or its affiliates since 1999 and has experience in all functional areas of the company, including claims, customer service, accounting, compliance and account management. Myles currently serves as the Vice President of Client Services. He graduated with a B.A. in History from Rider University.
